This may be a generational thing. The younger crowd having grown up with social media as a big part of their lives often don’t see any dangers of what to them is the norm.

While the middle age group that were a part of the younger crowd when social media and computers became personal and therefor have a bit more caution and leeriness when it comes to divulging personal info via the computer especially the internet.

Then there is the older folk who tend to be extremely leery or way to open because it is technology that is new and a bit foreign to them… no matter which group you fall into via your age or your online precautionary feelings the featured article may have a tip or two you hadn’t thought of affecting your personal wellbeing, safety and security based upon you post.
