I know I work too hard in my garden to let a single piece of produce go to waste. Most of us do  have more at harvest time than the rest of the year. This is true even if you don’t have a garden yourself, stores, shops, fruit and veggie stands, and even neighbors have the bulk of their products available at a lesser cost when they are in season and if you are lucky like me… your neighbor may have more than they can eat or can and pass some of those goodies to you!

So drag out your jars and pressure cookers and get canning but using the tips below to make it easier this year!
