Who can forget when  EpiPens rose in price to a cost that is too often too high for many people who need them? To need one and not have one is a terrifying thought. Since they do come with an expiration date and a high cost, how does one stockpile them?  Never use an expired medication without consulting your physician during normal times. However, during times of crisis, Dr. Alton has good news for us based on a recent study done regarding the effectiveness of expired EpiPens and when it might be ok to use them.
