Here we go again!!!
This photo is making its rounds on the internet social media sites. Is it fact? Or is it a straight up hoax? As with most rumors the truth lies in between. The poster is in fact a hoax or has been referred to as a prank. But the warning it gives other than the dates is factual! The NYPD did indeed run such tests and did indeed warn subway riders that this test would occur… years ago! See the full story at the featured link below from 2015!
