I hate going to make something and the correct pan is a rusty mess and no matter how much I scrub and  soak it doesn’t make a dent in the rust! There bunches of products that say they will take care of the problem. But I can’t help but wonder if they eat away the rust….. how can I be sure they aren’t leaving a residue that will do the same to my family’s intestines? I know they say they are safe but look at all the products they have said are safe over the years only to find much later that they aren’t. Now I am no so foolish to believe that the ingredients in a bottle of Coke are good for you. But at least I know it doesn’t leach into the metal and poison the food.

So check out another way to use Coke and another simple household item to make the rust disappear at the featured link from Hometalk  below
