Make It Yourself Rhubarb Cherry Wine

Rhubarb is a tart veggie that often passes as a fruit. It blends wonderfully with sweet fruits like cherries and strawberries. Most often used in desserts and drinks.  Just seeing it in the bottle pictured above makes my mouth water! The combination of the tart rhubarb wit the sweet cherries makes for a light and refreshing summer drink.
