Rancher Turns the Tables on Government Surveyors

We have all at one time or another experienced government bureaucracy, fees, permits, and red tape. This is especially true if you are dealing with wildlife of any kind. One Oregon rancher received a request from the department of fish and wildlife to survey his property in regards to a specific breed of frog.
