Ultimate BOV‘s The Pros & Cons

Even if your plan A is to bug in, plans may have to change in a moments notice in a real crisis situation. Planning on a primary or a backup mode of transportation is imperative.

A BOV is the prepper term for bug out vehicle and some take that to mean it must be engine powered. That’s not the case at all! Your BOV is simply the method you use to move yourself and as much of your gear as is feasible to a safer location, preferably a BOL (bug out location). Your BOV can be foot powered, two wheeled or four, on the land, in the air or even on the water. It depends upon you and your situation. It can be extraordinarily ordinary so not to draw attention or it can be tricked out to the max for when or if you must make a stand.
