Who doesn’t love jerky? We have a number of recipes for various sauces and flavorings on the site. But I don’t think that a whole lot of us have tried to many wild game jerkies.

Here in my local area the common jerkies are made from beef, turkey and deer. But if you live in an area where other game is available, you like to hunt and want to try making jerky with that  game or if you have had to bug out or in and the only protein available is wild game. Then having the recipes and instructions on making jerky from wild game will be a preservation technique you will want to keep in mind.
