In today’s world everything moves so fast, there is so much technology, so many things to worry about, so many people whose opinions, decisions and attitudes directly affect you, add family life, your job, and finances and it is a wonder we aren’t all nervous wreaks 100% of the time!

The majority of us survive the rat race without the help of medications by taking a step back mentally and refocusing on what we can do and what we can’t do right now. However, as easy as that sounds, it is much easier to say than to do. Put yourself under your normal daily quotient of stress then add a disaster crisis event to that and you have anxiety that can literally kill you!

Preppers should worry about this kind of anxiety because it will directly affect us whether we are the ones experiencing the overwhelming situation or someone else is.
