As we know in order to burn properly and produce the maximum heat firewood needs to be seasoned. This can take some time. Most of us simply stack our firewood in a covered pile until ready and needed for use. If you are lucky to have a good supply already seasoned for use and a good supply of extra cut firewood. Stacking can actually be an art form!

Perhaps not the most practical of stacking methods, but definitely an art! Some very creative people have literally made their seasoning of firewood a beautiful thing to see. If I had access to this amount of chopped wood this is how I would love to have it stacked on my property until needed!

So if you are creative and have excess wood to sit and season take a look at some of the creations made from chopped wood and get your own creative juices flowing!
