I particularly like this DIY vertical garden idea, because the clay pot stacks are stable unlike most hanging gardens. So if you get a good wind these pots won’t go flying willy nilly spewing your plants across your yard or neighborhood.

This design also works well as a bit of a privacy screen if you’re going to use it on a balcony, deck, or even under a stairwell or deck. Hiding what you might not want to be as noticeable or providing you with a more private personal alcove.
