Almost all those who live the prepper lifestyle would like to have a nice bit of land off the grid to either build a homestead or a bug out/vacation location on. We say it’s the simple life, but factually it can be harder to achieve than simply renting a house or buying a home. Off grid means you produce your own utilities and shelter. As much or as little as you choose.

The first step to doing so is to find the land for you. It has to meet your own requirements for location, costs, use, etc… as well as meet those regulations currently required in many places. It can be a treacherous path to ownership. But now we have a guide to help you negotiated those curves and bumps!
