Jerusalem Artichokes are an incredibly easy crop to grow. They also have a great yield which makes them a wonderful survival crop. We will spend a lot of time working our gardens in a SHTF scenario. Having crops like this one, will make that chore easier leaving more time for other necessary survival concerns.

Also good for those of us today who aren’t willing to spend as many hours in the garden as we might need to! For the avid gardener, it’s a bonus crop that didn’t detract from the rest of their gardens.
