Preppers, once mocked, say they were ready for coronavirus crisis: Were You?

This pandemic did make believers out of many folks in regards to being prepared and new preppers to emerge. But honestly so does each natural disaster. Folks go through the long lines for meager supplies, through the fear, the going without and the discomfort and decide it’s not going to happen to them again. However, this crisis event is a little different. than other disasters because not only was it country wide, but world wide, and factually it’s not over yet.

This illness is still infecting people, and some of them are still dying. State governments are still wrestling with reopening guidelines and trying to balance public health with the economic health of their citizens. I do agree with many who feel that this pandemic will be a fact of life for some time to come and that it’s never too late to attempt to improve your personal situation. So do take this lull in the disruption of the supply chain to pick up what you can for the future when it may be further disrupted or to learn what you can to trade in the future.
